Yo the sun is OUT. It’s time to officially put our heavy coats in storage and grab the BALA wrist weights and get back into good ole fashion TRIMBURN. What’s that? It’s the ATDA aerobics class. Aka the gateway to all classes class. A super fun workout ala a VHS instructor vibe…repetitive no choreo just the energetic goal to tone and toughen. To an eclectic playlist. Bring your bala wrist weights if you have them!
THEN we take a mini tiny intermission then as a BONUS we get into a THIRTEEN routine. That’s right I’m coming back with a bang, baby. Let’s MOVE our bodies and dust off the choreo brain and get the company fam back together and meet some new company fam too. BRING A CURIOUS FRIEND!
About TRIM/BUR(N):
Almost like sliding in a VHS workout tape into the player, Angela will lead with the goal to sweat and feel stronger via classic repetitive movement but like extra fun recess vibes because she has ADD and gets bored easily so she will keep it moving. Trimming and burning. TRIMBUR(N) ha. Easy to follow along, come sweat and laugh.
Highly recommend Bala bangles (or something similar) so you get an extra UMPH to your workout! Angela will be wearing them on her wrist and ankles, most will just have wrist ones. Do you! And like, you’ll love them in your regular life too so it’s a sexy investment.

About THIRTEEN:
Dance classes can be intimidating, you show up and it’s like “5,6,7,8!!!” go go go and like, Beyoncé’s backup dancer is in the class on a day off doing it all so fast and you feel like “well I can’t do THAT”. No no this isn’t a class like that at all. This is a class that doesn’t take itself too seriously. In fact, the choreography is designed to make you feel like you’re thirteen years old in a backyard and we are all gonna work on a routine to show our parents before dinner and they will say “oh that was…interesting.” Fun, silly, low stakes. But still a full body workout. And a full hearted time.

Thirteen classes are designed for adults 21 years of age and older. All ticket-holders must be at least 21 years old.
